1) Overview
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.
2) Return window
- Physical goods: Request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery (or the period stated on the product page).
- Digital goods (downloadable files, e-books, templates): Non-refundable once downloaded/accessed, unless defective or required by law.
3) Eligibility for returns (physical goods)
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition received
- In original packaging with tags/labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items:
Final sale/clearance items, gift cards, intimate apparel/underwear/swimwear, customized or personalized items, perishable goods, and opened hygiene items—unless defective or required by law.
4) Defective, damaged, or wrong item
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate and cover reasonable return shipping for approved cases.
5) Exchanges (size/color)
If you need a different size or color, start a return and select Exchange (if available). Exchange stock is not guaranteed until we receive and inspect the original item.
6) Return shipping
- Change of mind / wrong size: Customer pays return shipping.
- Defect / wrong item sent: We cover return shipping once approved.
Use a trackable method; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7) Refund method & timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (minus original shipping fees, if applicable) after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
8) Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. After dispatch, please follow the return process.
9) How to start a return

- Item(s) you want to return/exchange
- Reason for return
We’ll reply with return instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number and return address.
10) Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:
- Check your bank/statement again.
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider.

11) Governing law
